Creative Director
Kristin Jeffrey is an actress and creative storyteller whose passion for performance began in Portland, Oregon. She brings artistry, vision, and heart to every Shine production, mentoring performers and shaping stories that move audiences.
Robert L. Jeffrey Jr.
Executive Director
Robert L. Jeffrey Jr. is a self-motivated, goal-oriented executive with over 30 years of experience in Corporate Sales, 25 years in Marketing, and 15 years in Public Relations. He leads Shine's growth, partnerships, and community impact.
